With the help of sharing economy, the food machinery industry is facing a new trend

Since the emergence of new forms of sharing economy such as Shared bikes, Shared cars, Shared charging devices and Shared umbrellas, new production modes such as "Shared packaging", "Shared factories" and "Shared capacity" have become popular.Recently, "Shared breakfast" also began to thrive, and more and more people are popular. The author believes that, driven by the sharing economy, the food machinery manufacturing industry will usher in a new trend.

In fact, many local governments and enterprises are also testing the waters in the field of production and manufacturing.According to industry insiders, liaoning machine tool enterprises have explored a new mode of "sharing machine tools", and abandoned the original "hardware-style" thinking mode to open machinery to the market.By sharing machine tools, traditional heavy industry has found an effective way to connect with the new economy and enhanced the vitality and strength of manufacturing industry. Not only that, in the pearl river delta, some small and micro enterprises began to "share" advanced machine tools and excellent technical consultants.

The author has learned that more than 10 small and micro manufacturing enterprises have a common factory In the mass entrepreneurship space of“Mould Lao”, yanluo street, baoan district.Equipment, raw materials, plants, workers, orders, etc. can all be Shared. With the emergence of new production modes such as "sharing machine tools" and "sharing factories", some e-commerce giants have also expanded from online to offline physical retail, realizing a high degree of integration between traditional manufacturing industry and Internet industry.

We know that Jiaduobao and wanglaoji Shared the concept of "red pot wanglaoji herbal tea" packaging and decoration rights, which also made the concept of "Shared packaging" popular. This is not, jiangxi hakka color printing packaging, Shanghai hongrun technology, yiwu city zhao fa packaging materials and other enterprises in the industry have begun to "Shared packaging" on a small test, this measure reflects the packaging enterprises to adapt to the sharing economy, seeking a transformation path.

It is understood that the "Shared breakfast" plan has been in practice for more than four months. As the Shared breakfast category is restricted by various conditions such as store facilities and demands, many brand enterprises are still in the process of negotiation and exploration. In the future, breakfast enterprises will continue to promote the sharing of resources in channels, product varieties, logistics resources, online store resources, data platform, management system and other aspects.

The author learned that shendacheng's cakes have entered more than 600 babi steamed buns stores in shencheng, and it is expected that the full coverage of more than 2,000 babi stores in shencheng will be realized within two years.Since the launch of "Shared breakfast", the public's acceptance has been gradually improved, and sales have been on the rise.According to statistics, when breakfast sharing was launched in June this year, more than 5,000 cakes were given to babi steamed buns every day, and now it has reached more than 7,000.

We know that food safety is a common concern of all. Recently, the general administration of inspection, the ministry of commerce and other 10 departments jointly issued the guidance on the traceability and standardization of important products, which provides a policy basis for the comprehensive traceability and standardization of important products. At present, most regions have established agricultural products traceability system within a certain range. However, due to the limitations of links, regions and other management, it is still difficult to trace the whole process from production to table and from farmland to market. The traceability platform of individual places cannot solve the problem of cross-regional circulation of agricultural products.

Luo bin, deputy director of the agricultural product quality and safety center of the ministry of agriculture, said that through "sharing data" and jointly establishing traceability platform, management system and technical standards, the construction of a unified national management quality system, so that it is possible to achieve quality and safety traceability management.

In fact, no matter what kind of sharing, is to improve the utilization of resources, to avoid resource waste."The manufacturing sector will be the main battleground for the sharing economy," said an xiaopeng, deputy director of the information and software services division of the miit. The author believes that many small and medium-sized enterprises have the idea of intelligent transformation and upgrading, but because of the shortage of capital, talent, technology and other aspects stagnate. If we cultivate a group of advanced enterprises, share innovative technologies and production capacity, and provide them with machinery, equipment, technology, talents, solutions and other services related to intelligent manufacturing, we can solve the problems in the development process of many enterprises.(reference: the light network, Broadcast television network , The first finance and economics, Liberation of the network , Oriental newspaper)
